Managed and optimized supply chain operations encompassing purchasing, international transport, customs, warehousing, co-packing, courier services, IT, quality systems, building maintenance, and fleet management.
Implemented robust backup systems, ISO and HACCP standards, and new ERP and warehouse management systems.
Developed and managed department budgets exceeding €1 million, focusing on cost control and efficient resource allocation.
Euroccoper (Italian Logistics Company), Timisoara
Established warehousing business from scratch, securing major clients and expanding services.
Directed daily operations across warehousing, transportation, and customs.
Managed comprehensive €1.5 million budget and optimized logistics processes.

Oversaw complex logistics operations, improving inventory accuracy and operational procedures.
Directed warehousing operations for Procter & Gamble’s Balkans Distribution Center, covering 21,000 sqm and managing a team of 120 staff.
Managed daily operations, monitoring 100 trucks in/out per day, and coordinated activities across multiple external warehouses.
Spearheaded the introduction of new Warehouse Management System, enhancing operational efficiency.
BOS Automotive Products Romania, a company of BOS Automotive GmbH
Coordinated, organized, and controlled the entire logistics activity of the plant, including procurement, customs, shipments, and warehousing.
Implemented improvements to the Diaprod system (ERP-type software with procurement, stock control, and production reporting modules).
Managed the Logistics department, which included 23 people: 1 Senior Material Coordinator, 7 material coordinators, 1 Customs Administrator, 3 customs administrative persons, 1 Warehouse Administrator, 5 warehouse handlers, 1 Kanban Supervisor, and 6 kanban handlers.
Managed relations with suppliers (50-60 accounts), optimizing processes and working procedures.
Initiated a system of suppliers' evaluation to optimize costs and processes.
